Hawai‘i Pacific Health, which owns four hospitals on O‘ahu and Kaua‘i, and Hawai‘i Medical Service Association, the state's largest health insurer, are moving forward on plans to launch a partnership, with the goal of expanding health care access and increasing affordability.
