Hawaiʻi Pacific Health, which owns Straub Benioff Medical Center, Pali Momi Medical Center and Kapiʻolani Medical Center for Women and Children on Oʻahu as well as Wilcox Health on Kauaʻi, wants to form a partnership with HMSA, the state's largest health insurer.
